The staff at ACA is a collective group of Christians on a mission to educate tomorrow’s leaders to transform the world for Christ. We are seeking applicants who have made a commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and are in agreement with teaching from a biblical worldview.

Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, retirement and early dismissals on Fridays for professional development. Full-time teachers’ and full-time employees’ children are required to attend Ankeny Christian Academy.
