He believes that just as Jesus died on the cross, he died to sin and is born anew, dedicating his life to the glory of God. After accepting and submitting to Christ Brian states that he is free from the burden of the old laws and filled with the new promise of the Spirit of Jesus Christ. He is guided in his life by God through the Holy Spirit dwelling within him. John 1 v 1-2 states, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. John 1 v 14: The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.” Brian says, “God spared my life and I promised him that I would dedicate my children to his glory.”
