The middle school curriculum includes core academic disciplines as well as exploratory courses. Biblical integration remains a priority in all courses during this pivotal time in middle school students’ lives. All courses are taught with an emphasis on Biblical worldview so students can continue to understand who they are in Christ. The middle school curriculum is designed primarily with faith based curriculum resources.

Middle school students participate in the following enrichment activities: class and school-wide service projects, speech meet, Math Olympics, science fair (Grade 6 and 8), student council, fine arts performances, seasonal class parties, spiritual retreats, Washington DC trip (Grade 8), Homecoming Spirit Week, and student planned class socials.
Middle school students take the Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP) in the spring.
